Join us in the beautiful and historical Czech Republic for the 2008 IIHF World Junior U20 Hockey Championship. Be part of a group of up to 400 (or more) Canadians in the stands to cheer on Team Canada to what we hope will be another Gold Medal!

This will be our 8^th tour to the World Juniors and probably our last until at least 2013 (as the event returns to North America for the next 4 years).

This year in addition to our main departure leaving December 27^th we are offering a very special "Christmas in Vienna" departure leaving early on December 23^rd.

ITINERARY

DAY 1: Sun Dec 23, 2007
Early groups depart from gateways in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal for our overnight flight to Vienna, Austria.

DAY 2: Mon Dec 24, 2007
Arrive in Vienna and transfer to hotel. After getting settled enjoy the Christmas markets before joining us for an optional group dinner downtown. After dinner those interested can attend midnight mass at St Stephen's Cathedral .

DAY 3: Tue Dec 25, 2007
Merry Christmas! After breakfast we will treat you to a city tour of Vienna ending with a visit to one of the Christmas markets. Later this evening our group will enjoy and included Christmas dinner buffet at our hotel.

DAY 4: Wed Dec 26, 2007
This morning after breakfast we'll transfer to the Vienna train station to board our train (with 1st Class seats) and begin our journey to the Czech Republic. Those staying in Hradec Kralove will disembark in Pardubice with the rest continuing on to Prague. After checking into our hotels we will all meet back in Pardubice for the first two opening games of the 2008 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship. GAME ON!

MAIN DEPARTURE

DAY 1 (DAY 5): Thu Dec 27, 2007
Today our main groups will depart from Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto for their overnight flights to Prague. The early group will attend included games in Pardubice.
Included games in Pardubice:
Slovakia vs. Canada @ 4:00pm AND Czech Republic vs. Denmark @ 8:00pm

DAY 2 (DAY 6): Fri Dec 28, 2007
Our main departure groups arrive in Prague and transfer to our hotels in downtown Prague and Hradec Kralove. Optional excursion to attend a Czech Pro-League game tonight.

DAY 3 (DAY 7): Sat Dec 29, 2007
Optional excursions for early group staying in Hradec Kralove.
Groups in Prague have a free morning and early afternoon to explore this enchanting medieval city.

DAY 4 (DAY 8): Sun Dec 30, 2007
After breakfast all groups will enjoy a city tour of Prague. Later this evening the entire group will converge on the beautifully restored Hybernia Palace Theatre in downtown Prague for Destiny's Official 2008 World Junior Welcome Reception.

DAY 5 (DAY 9): Mon Dec 31, 2007
After the games this afternoon, those staying in Hradec Kralove will be treated to a wonderful evening of Czech cuisine and entertainment at their hotel to ring-in the New Year. Fireworks in Hradec Kralove are scheduled for early evening on Jan 1st. Those staying in Prague will enjoy a New Year's Eve dinner cruise on the Vltava River with fireworks at midnight.
